INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Therapy is a space just for you—a place to slow down, reflect, and explore your inner world with care and curiosity. I offer individual therapy for adults and teens who are seeking greater self-understanding, relief from emotional pain, or support navigating life’s complexities. Our work is collaborative and unfolds at your pace, with attention to both your present challenges and the deeper patterns that shape them.

YOUNG ADULTS

Early adulthood can bring big questions about identity, relationships, and purpose. I help young adults make sense of where they’ve been, navigate what’s unfolding now, and move toward a more grounded and authentic sense of self.

TEENS

Adolescence is a time of change, challenge, and self-discovery. I offer teens a space to explore their thoughts and emotions, work through anxiety, school stress, and friendships, and begin to understand themselves more fully—with respect, honesty, and care.

SPACE THERAPY

ASPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) is an evidence-based therapy that works by supporting parents rather than treating children directly. Through small but powerful shifts in how you respond to your child’s anxiety, SPACE helps reduce symptoms and strengthens your child’s ability to cope.

PARENTING DIFFICULTIES

Parenting can bring up deep questions about who you are and what you want to pass on. It can also resurface old wounds. Whether you're navigating early parenthood, co-parenting dynamics, or identity shifts, therapy offers space to reflect, process, and grow alongside your child.

DEPRESSION

Depression can feel like a fog, a heaviness, or a disconnection from yourself and others. You may appear “fine” on the outside while feeling numb or lost inside. In therapy, we’ll work to understand where these feelings come from, how they function in your life, and what it might look like to reconnect—with yourself, your desires, and your capacity for joy.

ANXIETY

Anxiety can take many forms—constant worry, perfectionism, panic, or simply a sense that something is wrong. Together, we’ll explore not just how anxiety shows up in your daily life, but what it may be trying to express or protect. Through a deeper understanding of your internal world, you can begin to feel more grounded and free.

RELATIONSHIPS

Whether you're struggling with romantic, family, or peer relationships, therapy can help you notice recurring patterns and understand their roots. Together, we can explore how your past shapes the way you connect with others—and how new ways of relating might become possible.

DIVERSITY AND IDENTITY

Many of us move through the world feeling different—because of race, culture, sexuality, gender, class, or other parts of who we are. I hold space for the complexity of identity and the impact of systemic forces. Therapy with me can be a place to unpack what it means to be you in a world that may not always reflect you back.
